The content creator confessed that the excitement of receiving a job offer can often distract you from spotting red flags. In a now-viral video, which has so far amassed over 8,100 views, Darci detailed the reasons you should do a double-take when you get a job offer.

She captioned the video: 'Your recruiter should always talk through the offer with you! If they don't, they suck.'. At the beginning of the video, she said: 'Here are the reasons I would advise a candidate to not accept a job offer. '. The career coach added: 'I'm an agency recruiter so I work with a lot of different companies and I'm helping them find candidates and I help them get an offer.

'I am going to look through and make sure that offer is good before I let the candidate accept it.'. Darci revealed that the first thing you should look for is a 'clear-cut' salary as well as instructions as to how you can receive a bonus.
