Spain's High Court said it found Rubiales guilty of kissing player Jenni Hermoso without her consent at the 2023 World Cup final in Sydney, where Spain defeated England. It set a fine of over €10,000 (£8,274) but acquitted him of coercion. Prosecutors had demanded a prison sentence for Rubiales.
