The defensive end was found passed out at the wheel of a running car with a blood-alcohol level of more than double the legal limit and is facing a single misdemeanor count.

The officers were dispatched to Snowden's 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee at around 11:30pm local time on December 9 after receiving a call of a suspicious vehicle. Las Vegas Metro Police arrested Snowden on Rainbow Boulevard near Sunset Road on the southwest side of the city.

There, they discovered that Snowden's SUV had almost rolled off a four foot retaining wall. The engine was running with the vehicle in neutral. New bodycam footage shows the moment police descended on Snowden's car. It's claimed he 'woke up for a few seconds' but then fell back asleep.

When Snowden, who can be seen wearing a Santa hat with 'Raiders' on it, eventually got out of the vehicle, he gave a bizarre answer to cops. 'What are you doing out here?' Snowden was asked. 'Trying to get home,' Snowden said. 'Trying to get home? Where are you coming from? Do you know what state you're in?' the officer replies.
