Look around you right now. Pretty much everything you see once started as an idea in someone’s mind. From art, architecture, science and technology to even our gardens, most things started out as a dream. It’s just that some people are better at realising their dreams than others. They dream big, they make grand plans and they reach their goals. Now you are going to learn to do the same.

How, you might ask? By using a technique I call ‘power manifesting’, which I truly believe is a super power that lies within the grasp of every one of us: a skill we all have the ability to master and then apply to our lives in ways that will make us happier, healthier, richer, more successful and even much luckier in love.

Manifesting created a real buzz in 2024. So much so, Cambridge Dictionary named it Word of the Year. For many, this has come to mean the practice of focusing on aspirational thoughts with the purpose of making them real using traditional manifesting techniques such as creating vision boards and writing down goals.

But to me this is an over-simplified understanding of what manifesting actually is. One that gives the impression that if you just ask in the right way then the man of your dreams will suddenly walk into your life and sweep you off your feet … or you’ll get the job you’ve been chasing for years … or your overdrawn bank balance will turn from red to black.
