A woman has revealed that she used to eat an entire jar of mayonnaise every day - and once she stopped she lost 100 pounds. Content creator Rach, who has been documenting her weight loss on TikTok, recently opened up about what she would eat when she weighed 240lbs.

And Rach, who now weights 140lbs, admitted that she would normally eat an entire tub of Hellman's mayo 'maybe a day or every other day' - which meant that she was going through a minimum of five jars of the condiment per week. 'I did not know this [at the time] - but one jar contains about 6,000 calories,' the TikTok creator said in the video.

'So I went through one jar a day - or maybe like half a jar a day - that's an extra 6,000 calories of mayonnaise a day,' she continued. 'That's 30,000 calories on mayonnaise a week.'. She added she's 'not ashamed or her mayonnaise consumption,' but acknowledged that there wasn't a need 'to eat a jar everyday.'.
'I just went through a jar that easily,' she shared. 'And I know I'm not alone in this because I've been reading the comments.'. And it wasn't just the calories that were racking up fast, but also the money she was spending. A content creator named Rach has revealed that she used to eat an entire jar of mayonnaise every day - and once she stopped she lost 100 pounds.
Rach estimated that she spent around $3.15 per jar on mayonnaise, which came out to almost $16 a week and $63 a month. 'When I started losing weight, and I lost my 100 pounds, I probably have saved around 60,000 calories - which is wild - and also about [$63] a month,' she shared.
