If the games are level on aggregate after 90 minutes, then yes, there will be extra time and potentially penalties. Where there now is extra-time, there used to be the "away goals" rule, whereas whichever team had scored the most goals away would win if the game was level. However, the rule was scrapped ahead of the 2021/22 season, with clubs now having to play extra time if the scores are level. Extra time will be used in every round of the knockout stages in the Champions League if two sides are level after 90 minutes.
