'There's defo some viral infection going round, Dubai mums be careful. He had no flu symptoms just a really high fever of 50 and his ski was mottled, he was also really lethargic and kept shaking. 'His skin was boiling but his hands were cold and everything online was saying meningitis which made me panicky but he is ok now his fever has broke. So we are grateful he's ok.'.
