KERRY Katona has revealed she's cancelled her facelift surgery after her children begged her not to go ahead with the procedure. The 44-year-old previously revealed plans for the lower facelift and told how Katie, 46, would be moving in to help her recover from the op.
But now Kerry has made a U-turn and insisted it's "not the right time". Speaking to the Mirror, she said: "My eldest three girls really didn’t want me to do it, they were begging me not to and said, 'Mum, please don’t'. "I do go off of what my kids think and I knew they didn’t want me to so that massively impacted my decision.
"They don’t think I need it yet and they know how tough the recovery will be, so they really didn’t want me to do it.". Kerry shares Molly, 23, and Lilly-Sue, 22, with first husband Brian McFadden. She is mum to Heidi, 17, and Max, 16, from her second marriage to Mark Croft.
Kerry's youngest is daughter DJ, 10, whose dad is George Kay, who passed away in 2019. Writing in her new! magazine column previously, Kerry revealed Katie was going to move in to help her recover from the facelift. She said: "Katie is going to come to stay with me when I get it done for moral support, which I really appreciate.
"She'd had the procedure done before, so she knows what I’ll be going through and will be able to ease my nerves and anxiety, while helping during my recovery too.". While Kerry has had a change of heart, Katie is currently in Turkey having tweaks to her £10k facelift.
