One bed and a fitted shower are also mentioned but not shown in pictures. The 'apartment' is situated on the ground floor of a five-storey mid-terrace building, according to Luxury Property News. Despite this, there's another snag. Turns out, the property does not have planning permission for residential use. As a result, buyers may not have the freedom to make major changes to the property.
