Posting on her Instagram stories, Millie revealed how the incident unfolded, writing: 'I went into the sea and got taken out by a massive wave. When I came up, I found a blue jellyfish wrapped around my neck, in my hair, with tentacles all over my stomach. I've never screamed so loud.'.

Millie admitted the incident was partly her fault for ignoring the warnings, adding: 'It's my own fault.'. She also shared images of a rash caused by the sting, showing her arm covered in red marks. Lifeguards advised her to take a hot shower and provided ice to numb the pain, telling her the itchiness would subside within an hour.
