Mary Fowler and Nathan Cleary enjoyed a festive road trip up to Cairns with the Manchester City star's famly. The duo, who have recently been on a romantic getaway in Europe, have both returned to Australia to celebrate Christmas and New Year's Eve with their families.
Cleary, who steered Penrith to their fourth-consecutive premiership last season, also recently underwent surgery on a troublesome shoulder injury and was seen without his arm sling on as he and Fowler and several family members took a hike through a woodland area.
Among the group was Fowler's brother Seamus and her sisters Ciara and Louise as well as their mother Nido. Ciara also plays football professionally, having represented the Republic of Ireland's at age-grade level, while also playing for Adelaide United.
The group were also seen relaxing by a woodland creek with Cleary stopping to pose for a snap beside the river. Mary Fowler and Nathan Cleary took a road trip up to Cairns during the festive period. Cleary and Fowler are both back in Australia, with the pair having spent some time in Europe in recent months. Fowler also posted pictures of her family, Cleary and a group of friends celebrating the New Year on her Instagram story, writing: 'Happy New Year.'.
