RONNIE O'SULLIVAN has placed his £2million home up for sale after splitting with Laila Rouass. The Rocket owns a five-bed mansion in the East London-Essex area that he is looking to cash in on. Records show the property was bought in 2018 for £1.4m, which means O'Sullivan could make a tidy profit from the sale.

The 3,000 square feet property is listed for £2m and is currently lived in by Laila, with O'Sullivan staying at a bachelor pad nearby. O'Sullivan moved out after the former couple ended their 13-year relationship in December. And it appears they are over for good after placing the house up for sale.

A source told the Daily Mail: "Their friends had been hoping they would get back together as they had split before and re-united. "But they have decided today to sell their home and that really does signal a definitive end to their relationship. "They looked good together wherever they went and had many happy times in that house. But it's all over now and they both recognise that.".

A friend revealed the seven-time world champion is settled in his new pad, which contains a snooker table. They said: "They had some very happy years there, Ronnie was successful in his snooker and Laila was in some great TV dramas like Footballers Wives and Life isn't all Ha Ha Hee Hee.
