McIlroy revealed that he regularly takes creatine to get an energy boost for his workouts. 'I take 20 grams a day,' McIlroy told Scheffler. 'There's a lot of research that it's really good for mental [sharpness]. I take ten grams before I work out and ten grams at some point during the day.'.
