Ryan Seacrest is set to become the new owner of a luxurious mansion in Bel-Air. The Wall Street Journal reported last month that Seacrest, 50, has been in contract to purchase a 11,000 square foot residence in the swanky LA neighborhood for $36 million.

Now new aerial shots capture the resplendent, seven-bedroom mansion that the Wheel of Fortune host is preparing to call home. The gorgeous home, designed to resemble the Mediterranean, boasts an interior courtyard filled with archways, olive trees, and leads to a pool in the backyard.

On top of his latest home purchase, Seacrest is staying busy as usual with an upcoming recurring role hosting Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve on top of his Wheel of Fortune gig. Fashion mogul Serge Azria, who purchased the home in 2020 for $16.455 million, put the residence on the market for $48 million in June following a nearly three-year renovation.

Azria rebuilt the home into a minimalist style, and the home was designed to feel as though it was set in the south of France or Italy. From the red tile rooftop to the romantic courtyard and resort-like poolside, it would appear he achieved his vision.
