FOR many people, there are few tasks more arduous than wrapping Christmas presents. From cutting the wrapping paper to the right size, to folding over the edges so it doesn't bunch up, it's both time-consuming and boring. But one woman has taken to TikTok to reveal a hack that's made the process a whole lot easier - just by using a 5p bathroom cupboard staple.

In the video, MJ showed herself using a face razor - more commonly used for dermaplaning and readily available for mere pence - to cut the paper instead of scissors. And the clip proved her point that the razor was much quicker and more simple than trying to faff around with scissors to get the Christmas gifts ready.

Writing over the top of the video, she admitted she'd come across the hack because she couldn't find her scissors so "had to improvise". "Worked better than the scissors. No turning back!" she added. Captioning the TikTok, she wrote: "Lol #hack #christmaswrappingtips #christmascountdown #christmas".

And people were quick to comment on the video, with one writing: "Wait that’s actually so smart!". "I'm so mad I didn't think of this sooner," another added. "I'm the gift wrapper in my house and I have like 50 eyebrow razors. OMG!". "Of course I see this after finishing Christmas wrapping!" a third commented.
"Such a great idea!". "Why was this me last week?" someone else said. "I couldn’t find scissors so had to use these.". "So I've been sat on my bed forgetting scissors & folded paper to rip it & all along I've had those in my bedroom drawer, nooo!" another wrote.
