Tyson Fury's promoter Frank Warren has revealed he's yet to talk to his star client about a potential all-British heavyweight showdown with Anthony Joshua. The 'Gypsy King' suffered the second defeat of his professional career last month against Oleksandr Usyk. The two heavyweight giants first went glove-to-glove back in May, with the Ukrainian going on to secure a historic victory via split decision. Following the victory in Riyadh, Usyk became the first undisputed champion of the division since Lennox Lewis back in 1999.

In the mouthwatering sequel back in December, Fury started the contest strong as the shots to the body and the sharp jabs proved to be too much for the Ukrainian. However, the tide turned just before the midway points as Usyk's speed and movement prevailed. Eventually, 'The Cat' picked up his second win over the Brit - winning via unanimous decision.

Following the defeat, many have now called for Fury to take on Joshua in what is already being billed as 'The Battle of Britain.' While fans are chomping at the bit to see the clash, Warren has admitted he is yet to talk to his client about the potential showdown.

The famous boxing promoter wrote in his Daily Star column: "I will not be picking up the phone and asking Tyson Fury to fight again. If opportunities come my way for him they will be passed on, but there will be no advice from me on whether or not Tyson should take them. I haven’t spoken to him yet about an Anthony Joshua fight and I will only do so if he comes to me and says he wants to get in the ring with him.".
