The Fair Pour, which will be based in Holborn, is opening its doors for one day and one day only, offering patrons the chance to pay what they feel based on how much they earn. Fortunately for those doing Dry January, it’s a non-alcoholic pub, serving a range of booze-free pints, wines and mocktails.
