Anna Paul breaks down as she responds to former best friend Mikeala Testa's claims she fat-shamed one of her fans and lied about being poor

Anna Paul has broken down as she responded to claims made by former best friend Mikaela Testa. The rival TikTok stars have been embroiled in an online feud, with Testa last week accusing Paul of fat-shaming a fan in Brisbane and lying about growing up poor. Anna, 25, who normally posts daily vlogs, hit back on Monday night in a TikTok video after an unusual five day social media silence. In the clip, she denied Mikaela's allegations before becoming tearful.

'I do not call my fans "fat", that is not who I am and that is not what I stand for, that is not what I have ever stood for, but you guys know me surely?' Paul said. 'I may have called her "sweaty", because when someone is wet and they touch you, and they leave, and you're with your best friend and you're now wet because of them, you may say "I'm now wet". 'This was four years ago, that may have happened. That does not make me a bad person.'. Paul went on to address allegations she lied about her family struggling financially, saying say that the social media posts she made as a teenager of first class travel and designer handbags were all 'fake' and that she 'felt broke'. 'I do not lie about the fact that I grew up broke,' Paul said. 'When I said I grew up broke, that is my experience, that is how I felt. When I can hear my parents talking in the kitchen that the budget for the groceries that week is $30, it makes me feel broke' she continued.

'When we can't afford school uniforms, it makes me feel broke, when I am 11 and all my friends can afford something and my parents can't, that makes me feel broke. 'When they say, "oh I don't know how we're going to afford rent next week", that makes me scared and makes me feel broke.'. Insisting that photos, unearthed by internet sleuths, showing her teenage years littered with Louis Vuitton purses, first class flights and expensive cars were all 'faked' for views, Anna went on to explain that there is no trace of her actual childhood online.

'The internet has gone crazy, pulling up photos from "Anna's childhood home" that were actually photos from a place I lived in as an adult, somewhere I couldn't even imagine going into when I was like, 7-years-old,' she said. Anna likewise addressed her long absence from social media, which many speculated was because she was working with a PR team to formulate a response.

The OnlyFans creator insisted that she had not worked with anyone and was alone in the house, speaking directly to her fans. 'The reason I've taken so long to respond is because this has all taken me by surprise,' she said. 'It was a very big shock to me because this is somebody that I thought was my friend and that I was close with, and it really hurt me.'. Anna said that while she had a team and a support system, she could not imagine going through what she has alone. Mikaela has long been believed to be embroiled in a feud with Anna since she split from the TikTok star's brother, Atis, in 2022. The drama began last week when fellow social media star and OnlyFans model Mikaela, 24, claimed in a lengthy clip posted to TikTok that Anna, her former friend of almost a decade, made fun of a 'plus-size fan' in 2021 during a visit to South Bank.

Mikaela has long been believed to be embroiled in a feud with Anna since she split from the TikTok star's brother, Atis, in 2022. However, Mikaela put the rumours to bed in June 2023 when she told the White Fox After Hours podcast that the women were still in contact with each other and had plans to catch-up in Europe that summer.

'There's no reason for us not to be friends,' Mikaela said, before taking a jab at her ex by saying she's 'not a huge fan of him'. She went on to call Anna a 'lovely human being' and she will 'love her forever'. 'I obviously wish them well,' Mikaela continued. 'Anna and I were friends before Atis and I started dating. Anna is a lovely human being and obviously love her forever,' she added. 'We're still friends. We still text each other and stuff. She's texted me saying she wants to hang out in Europe and I've texted her advice.'.
