Britney Spears revealed that she does weekly equine therapy due to her experience with past trauma in a candid Instagram post shared on Sunday. The Baby One More Time singer, 43 - who recently gave her fans another glimpse at her sweet reunion with her teen sons - also posed up a storm before dancing in a sheer minidress and bikini.
Her latest post comes shortly after Spears had the chance to spend the holidays with her children Jayden, 18, and Sean, 19 - which left the pop star 'blown away' by the surprise visit. Britney uploaded a black and white portrait of a man as well as a horse as she opened up about her mental health.
'I do equine therapy every Tuesday and Saturday because I've been so traumatized by people…,' the Toxic hitmaker wrote. In reference to the photo of the man, Spears added, 'Not sure who is he, but if I ever imagined a person…,' followed by top hat emojis.
