Sellers Christie and Co said the adventure park, based in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, could be a very prosperous business in the right hands. They said: "The Dinosaur Park is a favourite among locals and holidaymakers alike, and also welcomes educational school trips throughout the year, supporting lessons about dinosaurs on the National Curriculum.

Since the hit film by Steven Spielberg, Jurassic Park lovers have flocked to the theme park which opened in 1994. With a four star rating on TripAdvisor and a footfall of 60,000 visitors a day, it's certainly an attractive business prospect. Some can't get enough of the primeval park as as there are 650 dino-adoring families who hold season tickets.
