Coleen, Wayne and their kids Kai, Klay, Kit and Cass mingled with the Trump, his wife Melania and son Barron.
While in the I'm A Celebrity jungle, Coleen shared the same story and added: "I told my mum and mum was like, 'dirty b*****d'.".
It led to podcast co-host and England legend Ian Wright calling Trump a "freak".
The Rooney family were invited to the White House for a Christmas event many years ago.
