Gavin And Stacey actress 'mortified' over behind-the-scenes mishap caught out by co-stars Melanie Walters, who plays Gwen West in Gavin and Stacey, was left red-faced after a hilarious mishap during filming for the show's Christmas special.
Recounting the incident on the Off The Telly podcast, Joanna Page, who stars as Stacey Shipman, explained: "We chatted to her on Zoom and stuff and they said, 'Right we're going to go now because we're coming to the end of the show'.
The cast reunited last year for the final ever episode, which resolved the cliffhanger between Smithy (played by James Corden) and Nessa (portrayed by Ruth Jones), ending a five-year suspense.
Joanna revealed that while she was having an emotional moment with Matthew Horne, her on-screen husband Gavin, she suddenly noticed her co-star on the screen in the midst of undressing.
In a behind-the-scenes blunder, Melanie recalled undressing, not realising that the cameras were still capturing every moment.
