Poor Stacey was left completely devastated last week when she watched Martin Fowler (James Bye) die after being crushed by a beam during the Queen Vic explosion.
Across the Square, Martin’s girlfriend Ruby Allen (Louisa Lytton) was equally as devastated, and hurt that people would rather comfort Stacey than her.
In tonight’s episode, Ruby decided she needed answers about the events leading to Martin’s death, and headed to the Slaters’ to question Stacey.
However, Stacey knew that this wasn’t what Ruby needed to hear, and instead kept the truth about Martin’s final moments to herself.
Though Stacey clearly didn’t want to talk about it, Ruby was desperate to know if Martin knew he was going to die.
