Detective Chief Inspector Kerrie Foreman, from the PSNI’s Major Investigation Team, said: “Lisa Dorrian was a young woman – just 25 years old – when she was murdered.
Lisa's sister Joanne Dorrian said she would have "laughed and joked with these people" at the party unaware they would cause her harm.
Lisa Dorrian was last seen on February 27, 2005, and is believed to have been murdered.
Lisa was last seen alive on February 27 at a party in Ballyhalbert Caravan Park.
It shows Lisa's final hours as she entered the Saltwater Brig pub in County Down, Northern Ireland, on the afternoon of February 26.
