Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt both broke down in tears while discussing losing their $2.5M three-bedroom home to the Pacific Palisades fire eight days ago. 'Spencer was like, "Grab anything you want to keep." And I was like, "How do you choose?" Like, my brain actually stopped working because I was so overwhelmed with so many things you can't replace. So I grabbed my kids' teddy bears,' the 38-year-old Superficial singer cried on Good Morning America on Wednesday.
'[Your home is] a place that you love, that you live, that's a refuge from the world. And to have that be gone is a really difficult concept to continue to daily deal with.'. The 41-year-old Pratt Daddy Crystals owner got misty recalling how one of their son's beds started to burn in the shape of a heart.
'The worst was like, sorry, our kids' room is like so magical. We do storytime every night. It's such our routine, so much love is in there,' Spencer marveled. 'I feel like a ghost. I don't have a single photo now before an iPhone existed. I don't have any of the dumb little things that are on your shelves in your parents' house. They're all gone, not a single nothing.'.
