The mum of three pulled on the stunning sequin bodycon adorned with stylish gold button detail for a new Instagram video filmed in her bathroom. Helen, 34, was eager to show her evening out routine, capturing her blonde hair swept into an up-do with the front parts teased down in loose waves.

After a quick spritz of perfume and slick of baby pink lip gloss, Helen made sure her gold flower bud clutch bag was a perfect match for her dress. The former Coronation Street actress then flicked off her camera as she headed to enjoy her night out plans. In her caption she wrote: "Rare child free night. Gorgeous dress @lavishalice.
