HOME Bargains shoppers have been flocking to buy a viral homeware essential scanning at just £8 instead of £68. The discount chain is selling a dupe of a popular designer lamp for a whopping £60 less. A keen shopper spied the item in their local store and was thrilled at the price.
They shared a photo of their newly purchased cordless lamp in their home. Fellow bargain hunters were quick to comment on the post and make plans to head to their nearest Home Bargains store to bag one. One said: "My daughter has one in her bedroom, it gives off a lovely light.".
Another wrote: "I been trying to find some…they are lovely.". A third commented: "Lush isn't it. I got one in the week.". While a fourth posted: "I have this lamp absolutely love it.". And a fifth said: "Need these they are stunning.". The lamp has been widely branded a dupe for the Maeve LED Lamp by Bodhi which comes with a whopping £68 price tag - plus is sold out at the moment.
Home Bargains' lamp in comparison is just £7.99 and looks near identical. When Home Bargains showed off the viral LED lamp on Instagram recently, it said: "IT'S BACK! Our viral LED lamp is in stores now!". The post received a whopping 10.8k likes and 267 comments.
It sells out pretty quick so you might want to snap it up. Unfortunately, you won't be able to buy it online as it's only available in stores. However do bear in mind that when prices are reduced by this much it's usually for stores to clear excess stock, so availability will vary from store to store.
