Houston Texans rocked by injury scare before Chiefs playoff clash with Joe Mixon listed as questionable

Houston Texans head to Kansas City this weekend with concerns over star running back Joe Mixon, after he was listed as questionable for the game on Thursday. The Texans will walk into the lion's den on Saturday as they bid to end the Chiefs' hopes of an unprecedented Super Bowl three-peat at Arrowhead Stadium.
But Mixon did not practice with his team Thursday due to an ankle issue, with the team listing him as questionable for the game. Azeez Al-Shaair is also questionable and was limited in practice with a knee problem. The Texans are also without key wide receiver Tank Dell, who sustained such a bad knee injury in the regular season game at Arrowhead in December he is set to miss all of 2025.
