In the devastating episode, it was revealed the teenager was pregnant, but how old is April?. After finding out she was pregnant, April ran away from the village, fearing she would ruin everything for the family if they found out she was expecting a baby. April arrived into the soap in 2014, when she would have been around 5 years old.
