"The reason I spoke about my nose job is because one of the girls who used to bully me bought from my business earlier this week," Sarah, who runs travel jewellery box company Wintour Accessories, said.
However, in a video on her TikTok page, Sarah admitted that despite undergoing the operation, not one person noticed that anything had changed.
