The emotional sports star admitted during Tuesday's episode of I'm A Celebrity that his first year after welcoming his son Flynn with his wife Rebecca was difficult.
He revealed he used to drive to his AFL training and 'pull in on the way back and just cry in the car and get it all out and then go in and I'd be really short with (Rebecca).'.
The first 12 months was hard,' Tuohy told fellow footy star Sam Thaiday.
