The social media influencer has been in a longterm romance with Lee Byrne - the son of alleged mobster Liam Byrne, who reportedly has ties with the Kinahan gang.

Lee has described former England Wag Alex as his second mum. While he also said Lilly is "the best person he's ever met.". Lee is the son of criminal Liam Byrne, who was arrested in Spain in 2023 and was jailed in October 2024 for five years for weapons charges.
