The Masked Singer returned on Saturday 11 January with another round of singing, dancing and detective work. The show features costumed contestants performing on stage while judges attempt to identify the celebrity behind the disguise, with hints provided throughout each episode. One contestant who has left both judges and fans puzzled is Pufferfish - but some sharp-eyed viewers believe they have "cracked it". In the previous week's episode, the judges made various guesses about the celebrity behind the mask.

Special guest Vicky McClure suggested Kelly Osbourne, while Maya Jama guessed reality star Nicole Richie, who recently starred in the reboot of The Simple Life. Mo Gilligan thought it might be Loose Women's Stacey Solomon, Davina McCall opted for Hayden Panettiere, and Jonathan Ross was the only one to guess a male celebrity, suggesting soul singer Rag n Bone Man.

However, fans at home had completely different theories. One viewer took to Reddit to share their theory, writing: "Okay so this wasn't my idea but I've seen it somewhere and totally agree with it. Pufferfish could be Jamie-Lynn Spears?" They added: "The spider in the clue package could refer to her time on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in 2023. She is of American descent which explains the accent.

"The dice roll equalling 11 - she first became famous at age 11 with her first acting role. 'Runs in the family'- the sister of famous pop singer Britney Spears. 'Small but just as impressive' - she is the younger sister, and shorter." Social media users were quick to agree. one fan said, "That's exactly who I was thinking!" and another agreed, posting: "Omg I think it's her." Someone else, who was more uncertain, commented: "For me, way too early for this, there are still more hints.".
