Jack Grealish admitted he is at a loss to explain Manchester City's collapses this season, after PSG came from behind to earn a 4-2 win in the Champions League on Wednesday night. Man City appeared to be cruising to a crucial win in the league phase when half-time substitute Grealish scored with his first touch, followed by Erling Haaland doubling the lead from close range in the 53rd minute.

The 2023 winners were stunned by a rousing PSG comeback, with Ousmane Dembele and Bradley Barcola scoring four minutes apart to drew the hosts level on the hour. PSG completed the comeback through a 78th minute Joao Neves header, before Goncalo Ramos grabbed their fourth in stoppage time.

Grealish admitted the result followed a trend of Man City being unable to hold onto winning positions on several occasions this season. The winger questioned whether confidence had been a factor, with Man City having preserved leads comfortably in recent seasons.

Jack Grealish admitted losing leads has happened to Man City 'too many times' this season. PSG came from two goals down to earn a 4-2 win over Man City in the Champions League. 'I don't know, usually we're so good in these moments,' Grealish told TNT Sports.

'It's happened too many times this season, we go one or two goals up, even three against Feyenoord, and we haven't controlled the game and see it out. 'It's weird because very other season we've been so good in these moments. I don't know if its' a confidence thing.
