BOXING underdog Josh Padley has seen his payslip revealed for his world lightweight title fight with Shakur Stevenson.
Padley had been working as an electrician last week and had planned to do DIY in his new home when he received a phone call bringing him in as a last-minute substitute to fight Stevenson.
On just four days' notice, Padley, who had won favour after stunning Mark Chamberlain on the Anthony Joshua v Daniel Dubois undercard in September, fought valiantly against the world champion.
A week on from the fight, Padley has revealed he is set to quit his day job to pursue boxing full-time.
Speaking after the fight, Padley revealed his plans to commit to boxing fully.
