Julia said Scaglia had given her half of Freedom Holding - which owns EWG and their luxury apartment - in return for running the firm. Scaglia claimed Julia only owned a fraction of the company and accused her of misappropriating millions of dollars from EWG, for which he failed to offer proof in court.
