The 30-year-old was listed as questionable to return with a handful of minutes left in the game and was spotted with strapping around his right calf on Saturday afternoon.
Speaking after the game, head coach Andy Reid said: 'Chris Jones strained his calf.'.
When asked about the Christmas Day game against the Steelers, Reid was unsure if Jones would be ready.
'Yeah, It's probably too early to tell right now,' Reid said.
