The Premier League table at the start of play. WSL: Aston Villa 2-4 Man City (71 min). Manchester City lead 4-2 in an entertaining game at Villa Park. It was 2-2 at half-time, with Vivianne Miedema scoring twice for City inbetween the opening goal from Chasity Grant and an own-goal from Laia Aleixdandri. Mary Fowler and Jess Park have given City breathing space in the second half.
What rare treat is this? There are five 3pm games in the Premier League, with the top three all in action. Champions-elect Liverpool host Ipswich, while Arsenal and Nottingham Forest have awkward away trips to Wolves and Bournemouth respectively. We’ll be keeping an eye on this games as well as Brighton v Everton and Southampton v Newcastle, the EFL and some big games across Europe.
