The Love Island villa has been rocked once again as two new bombshells, Chuggs and Samie, make their dramatic entrance just as the Islanders are reeling from Ron’s unexpected exit. Over the past several days, the South African villa has been rocked after Scott Thomas made the shock decision to leave after failing to find a connection. Ron also made the decision to walk out and fly home, having shared the news with his co-stars around the infamous fire pit.

Tina is the first to receive the shocking news, as her phone pings with a text: “Girls, head to the Secret Garden, there’s a bombshell waiting to meet you. #FlirtModeActivated #DibsOnHim”. While the girls are getting acquainted with Chuggs, the boys are back at the firepit, speculating over the mystery newcomer. But they are caught completely off guard when another bombshell, Samie, struts into the villa to meet them.

Curtis exclaims, “We did not expect someone else to walk in!” Luca’s reaction, however, does not go unnoticed, with the boys picking up on his sudden change in demeanor. Later in the evening, Casey confronts him: “You were very weird about Samie…” Luca hesitates before replying, “Who would you say is her type in here?”. Casey smirks, “I would say her type is you….what are you thinking right now?” Luca shifts uncomfortably, “Panic button… yeah, I fancy her but my connection is so good with Grace, I wouldn’t probably get that with her.” When the girls return to the main villa with Chuggs, they waste no time grilling Samie about her first impressions.

Harriett asks, “How many boys do you fancy?” Samie, playing it coy, replies, “I’m gonna talk to everyone… fancy? There’s about one.” She later pulls Luca for a private chat, revealing that they had previously exchanged DMs before entering the villa. Samie doesn’t hold back, telling him, “I fancy you, I think you’re good looking.”. Luca hesitates, “I think you’re good looking.” Samie teases, “So you fancy me?” Luca stammers, “Erm, I think you’re good looking…” Samie challenges him, “What, are you scared of the word fancy?”.

Things take a dramatic turn when Elma lets slip to Grace about Luca and Samie’s previous DMs, leaving Grace rattled. Just as the dust begins to settle, it’s time for a fiery game of Spin the Bottle, and tensions reach an all-time high. As the Islanders gather around the firepit, Luca confides in Curtis, “My mind is shot to bits, man.” Curtis asks, “Is it because of this whole Samie situation? Do you feel like you’re confused?” Luca, still in turmoil, replies, “I genuinely don’t know.”.

The game begins, and the dares quickly turn up the heat. Luca is put on the spot when he lands on a card that dares him to kiss the Islander, other than his partner, who is his vibe. All eyes are on Luca. Will he play it safe and kiss Catherine as Grace suggested? Or will he throw caution to the wind and make a move on Samie?. Samie, who appeared on the Winer edition in 2023, recently criticised some of this years Islanders and compared Casey O'Gorman to the Shrek character, Lord Farquaad. Discussing her own return, Samie said: "I want to return because, who gets to do this twice? You think it's a once in a lifetime opportunity, so if you get offered to do it twice, you've got to do it again. We had such a good time last time, why not! My relationship didn't work out so hopefully it's second time's a charm.".

She's certainly not afraid to step on Grace's toes, either, admitting: "Him and Grace look like they're going fine, but you can’t believe everything you see. The game is the game, this is what happens. "If he does have a good thing with Grace and stays with her, then he wasn't for me. She's a bombshell too so she gets it. What will be will be. I'm not the deciding factor about it, it'll be up to Luca at the end of the day.".
