Luke Littler beat No 8 seed Stephen Bunting 6-1 to set up a mouth-watering Alexandra Palace final with Michael van Gerwen. The Nuke cruised into a 4-0 lead against a struggling Bullet, who after a close opening fell away in the third and fourth sets, but rallied to take the fifth and prevent a whitewash.
Littler then hammered home a massive nail into the coffin of Bunting's tournament by turning around the sixth set and go 5-1 up, before sealing it in the seventh. Earlier in the evening Van Gerwen had beaten Chris Dobey by the same scoreline to cruise into the grand final.
