The strongman's 'affair' reduced her to tears on social media recently as she described the heartache she had suffered because of her hubby's alleged actions behind her back. Stoltman, who won Europe's Strongest Man and competes in the World's Strongest Man challenge alongside his brother and current champion, Tom, admitted he had "made mistakes".
He says he is now attending weekly therapy sessions amidst the divorce wranglings. The Invergordon athlete was a speaker at the Aberdeen Health & Wellbeing Festival this weekend reports the P&J, and he appeared with brother Tom as a panellist. The 40-year-old was on the Changing Perspectives panel for the event at the Beach Ballroom, and he said: “From a mental side of things, things go up, things go down, then they go back up again. It’s all about looking after yourself, which is what I’m trying to do.
“For myself, helping Tom, being more open and communicating, and being as good a dad as I can be for my little boy are my priorities. “We all have inner demons. I have inner demons and the way I battle them is by doing things I love. Being with Tom, my family, and training make me feel a lot better.".
