Aldi has slashed the price of Quality Street this week, just in time for Christmas. The discount supermarket has cut the price of its Quality Street to £3.95 for a 600g tub, making it the cheapest on the market. However, the offer won't be available for long, as it will only run from today until Monday, December 23. A tub of Quality Street in the house is considered a tradition for Brits at Christmas, but tubs usually set you back around £6.

With the cost of living still weighing heavy on many, a discount of £2.05 will be welcomed. Previously, Aldi sold tubs of Quality Street for £4.49 a tub. According to the price comparison site Trolley.co.uk, other supermarkets, including Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Tesco, Iceland, and Ocado, are selling Christmas treats for £6. However, if you have a Tesco Clubcard, you can grab yourself a box for just £4.50, although this price still does not include Aldi. Asda also currently has an offer for two tubs for £9, making them only £4.50 each.

There are 11 flavours of chocolate in a tub of Quality Street this Christmas, and these are the following:. However, Nestle revealed earlier this year that the Coffee Creme chocolates will rejoin Quality Street tubs/tins, exclusively at pick-and-mix stations in John Lewis and Waitrose stores, for the festive period. The coffee-flavour fondant wrapped in dark chocolate had not been seen in Quality Street tins for more than 20 years before being reintroduced last year.

Brand Manager for Quality Street, Emily Grimbley, said: “It’s a pleasure to share the news that coffee creme will be returning for Christmas 2024. This is an absolute fan favourite, and we are delighted to have it on shop shelves for Quality Street fans nationwide. We know how passionately Quality Street fans feel about their favourite sweets, so the pick and mix stations at John Lewis are people’s chance to fill up their own bespoke mix with just the sweets that they and their friends and family love.”.
