Molly-Mae Hague has apologised to her legion of loyal followers after launching her fashion line, Maebe. The much-hyped range, which featured an array of crop tops, jackets and jeans, sold out with 24 minutes. However, some buyers took aim at the price point and the quality while others complained they'd been unable to make a purchase.

One potential buyer posted: "I've never been interested quite frankly. It's very over-priced for what it is." Meanwhile, another complained there wasn't enough time to click the 'buy' button, fuming: "It's a rubbish experience, it's just a game of whoever can type the fastest or who has their details saved, most shops allow you a bit of time to check out.".

In a candid reply, Molly-Mae, whose new Amazon documentary drops in January, agreed with the "frustrating" experience, saying she wished she'd 'backed herself more'. She wrote: "I couldn't agree with you more on the stock front, it's really frustrating.

"Unfortunately I just didn't back myself enough when we planned these quantities a very long time ago. I promise you this is something I am in total agreement with you on and it's something that in the New Year we will improve upon now that we have an understanding of the demand. I'm really sorry you feel let down - I'm learning as I go and will make this a better buying experience for you as soon as we can.".

Molly-Mae launched her brand in September and gushed about the incredible milestone on Instagram, writing: "I don't think I'll ever get over today... Meeting so many of you and celebrating @maebestore has been one of the best days of my life! I can't put into words how grateful I am for every single one of you who are on this journey with me.".
