Veteran Australian actors Joe Klocek and Pia Miranda are set to showcase their incredible acting chops in the Stan Original Serie, Invisible Boys. The powerful 10-part series is based on the best-selling novel by Holden Sheppard and adapted for the screen by Logie and AACTA award-winner Nicholas Verso.
A newly-released trailer gives a sneak peek of the gripping drama, set in Western Australia in 2017 during the same-sex marriage plebiscite. It gives a hard-hitting insight into the repercussions in a small WA town after a local teenager is outed as gay on social media.
Filmed in Perth and Geraldton, Invisible Boys explores sexual identities and the internal struggles that result. An all-star cast appear in the series, including Neighbours star Joe Klocek, Looking for Alibrandi's Pia Miranda and Wolverine's Myles Pollard.
