NFL legend proposes radical rule change amid Kansas City Chiefs and referees conspiracy theories

NFL legend Joe Theismann has proposed a solution amid ever-growing allegations of officials aiding the Kansas City Chiefs toward a third straight title. With the Chiefs two wins away from a Super Bowl threepeat, the accusations continue to spread on social media after a series of suspicious officiating decisions throughout the season.
In an appearance on OutKick Hot Mic on Wednesday, Theismann insisted that every play should be challengeable to double-check contested penalties or missed calls that could impact the outcome of games. 'The NFL and its.. I was going to call and find out, but quite often we hear officials say that after examination, this is not this and this is not that,' Theismann said when asked about how the game gets called for Patrick Mahomes.
'I believe, first of all, that every play should be challengeable,' Theismann added. 'Not just a simple menu but every play. Don't give anybody more challenges. Just make every play challengeable.'. 'And secondly, if it's viewed upstairs in the booth by the official in the booth, that the officials, who have a tough job anyway, made a mistake on a call, why can't they correct it immediately? What you're doing is you're doing a disservice to the game and a disservice to the fans.'.
