Usyk vs Dubois would be a rematch of the 2023 bout that saw the current champ win via a ninth round knockout.
Usyk's initial win over the Gypsy King in May saw him become the first undisputed heavyweight world champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999.
But the Ukrainian told Sky Sports that going again to be undisputed would be his penultimate bout, saying: "I think two years, one-and-a-half [left in boxing].
"I will fight who will win, Joseph Parker, Daniel Dubois, no problem.".
Dubois seems equally up for a second go at Usyk, saying: "Run it back.
