American Olympics sprint star Fred Kerley was tasered before being charged with battery on a police officer in Miami on Thursday night. Officers claim Kerley, who won 100m bronze at last year's Olympics in Paris, interfered with a separate police scene near Miami's iconic Ocean Drive.
