While challenging each other for a loose ball, Orlando's Cole Anthony slipped and fell into Ivey's planted left leg, which buckled from the impact in sickening fashion.

The Detroit guard's foot appeared to twist slightly out of place after the contact from Anthony, leaving him in clear distress on the floor as he grabbed for his shin. The Pistons' medical team quickly attended to him at Little Caesars Arena, before members of the training staff held up towels to block the crowd's view and players from both teams formed a circle around him.
