Sam admitted it has been 'real tough month' managing the break-up as he opened up to Pete and listeners.

Hours earlier Zara appeared to confirm she's moved out of the home she shared with ex Sam, as she gave her fans a glimpse at her busy day on TikTok. The TV personality documented her latest day filming for Morning Live which started with Zara getting an early start in her new home and bundling up against the freezing weather in a cosy H&M jumper, before heading into London to jump on a train to the north of England.
