Smith was hit low on a pass play by Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper - who appeared to start stumbling before he hit the Seattle quarterback.
According to SNF's Melissa Stark, Smith went into the Seahawks' 'blue tent' where he was examined by medical staff.
He eventually went down the tunnel to the locker room - alongside medical staff and wide receiver Tyler Lockett - before going into the X-ray room.
Smith was seen limping off the field after the hit and angrily slammed his helmet on the sideline.
